Ghedi in questi periodi ci dà un +1.3 :?
Nella carta è indicato addirittura un sottomedia, quindi una differenza di almeno 1.5 gradi nella media com'è possibile

E' importante sapere media di riferimento.. non sembra, ma attualmente usare la media 81-10 o 71-00 cambia molto per alcuni periodi. Se poi usano un'altra media ancora più recente, il divario si accresce.

Questa volta è andata bene al centro-est europa.. Italia ancora ai limiti delle anomalie negative.
